We are seeking an experienced Director of Womens Services. Must have Masters Degree in Nursing or healthcare related field and five years related nursing experience; or Bachelor Degree in Nursing and seven years related experience; or Associate Degree in nursing and nine + years related nursing experience; or previous management experience.
Must be Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia. BLS required. ACLS, NRP & Fetal Monitoring Certification must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
The Director: Womens Services reports to the Chief Nursing Officer and is accountable for providing leadership, planning, and direct coordination and control of activities for multiple clinical services (Labor & Delivery, Mother BAby, and NICU) consistent with the organizations goals, mission and objectives.
Our hospital is 350 beds. You will report to CNO. Responsible for 3 clinical areas- Labor & Deliver, Mother Baby, NICU (Level II); approx 70 FTEs (RNs, PCAs/Techs, Unit Secretaries)
