We are seeking a Sr. Clinical Manager for Pediatric Hematology Oncology (RN). Must have a Masters Degree and current licensure as an AZ RN License, and 5 years of hospital based management. You will oversee a Pediatric Hematology Oncology Department of 30 professionals. General responsibilities will include staff selection, development and education, budgeting and project leadership.

We are seeking a candidate with innovation and a pediatric oncology background and specific experience with pediatric bone marrow transplant program development and management. Ability to communicate verbally and in written form, and skill in relationship building with staff, physicians and most importantly with patients and families is essential for success in this position.
