Qualifications:  

* Associate of Science in Biomedical Engineering or a related field. Bachelor of Science Degree is preferred.
* Associate Degree in electronic technology.
* CA Driver's License.
* Minimum ten (10) years experience in the medical imaging or related service field. Experience in coordinating and supervising the daily activities in providing field service.
* Knowledgeable in supporting imaging systems in a PACS environment preferred. Strong organizational skills.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent customer satisfaction skills and experience working with clinical staff are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:  
* Bachelor of Science in electronic technology.
* Experience and / or knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.

Duties:  
* Supervise the daily activities of regional service staff to include in-house x-ray service engineers, electronic imager engineers, processor service technicians and warehouse operations.
* Oversee the use of vendors servicing all imaging modalities.
